Welcome to the booking page, it is recommended that you book a consultation especially when it comes to bigger events. We have a limited range of services available but are ever expanding.

Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

Describe what is required of the client prior to their appointment arrival, such as coming in with no makeup, or arriving at the appointment 15 minutes early.

Cancellation policies

You have the right to cancel any event and receive a full refund if the event date is more than 2 weeks prior to the event, if the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to event you will receive refund but will lose your deposit. Any abuse whether it be verbal or physical caused to any of our staff, you may lose your chance to refund and will lose your deposit. If after event you feel you are unsatisfied with the service you received, you have 7 days after event to dispute. Once you have requested a refund, we will open an investigation on the stated reason for cancelation. Ellis Events have the right to reject any refund investigation. If investigation is successful you will receive refund within 28 working days. 

Payment policies

Deposit will be taken on every booking. The total deposit will be 50% of booking total for example hired character for 60 minutes is £70 we would take £35 deposit. If the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to event you will get refund but no deposit. Any abuse to staff (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and you will lose your deposit.
